## Description

As an Intern in Global Field Marketing, you'll join the team that guides how Red Bull shows up locally in markets around the world. Based in Fuschl am See, Salzburg, you'll support projects across data, systems and best-practice sharing, helping shape strategy, planning and on-the-ground execution in more than 20 countries.

Responsibilities:

- MARKETING INSIGHTS & ANALYTICS: You'll collect, validate and analyse Field Marketing data from markets worldwide, supporting in-house marketing effectiveness analysis and identifying growth opportunities.

- SYSTEMS & INTELLIGENCE: You'll help keep the global Field Marketing knowledge platform up to date by curating and publishing best practices, guidelines and toolkits.

- BEST PRACTICES & INNOVATION: You'll gather monthly innovation updates from markets and consolidate them into a global overview.

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science or a related field

- Fluent in English

- Experience as a Red Bull Student Marketeer is a strong plus

- Genuine passion for numbers and strong analytical thinking

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Python, R or similar data tools is a bonus

- Creative problem-solver who turns ideas into action and measures the results

- Clear communicator, confident presenting to stakeholders across teams and countries

- Self-motivated, organised and collaborative, and comfortable juggling several projects at once
