## Description

We're looking for a Senior Product Partnerships Manager to join our team. As part of Product Partnerships at Ramp, you'll focus on creating integrations that expand Ramp's product surface area, such as tax and compliance automation, agentic commerce, data partnerships, international payments, receipt and payment automation, and more.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Owning the full lifecycle of strategic product partnerships: sourcing, qualifying, negotiating commercial and legal terms, structuring integrations with Product and Engineering, launching, and scaling

- Translating partner capabilities into product opportunities, working with Product, Engineering, and Legal to scope what's worth building

- Negotiating complex commercial terms, such as pricing, revenue sharing, and data governance

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Solutions, to ensure successful launches and adoption

- Building and maintaining relationships with senior counterparts at partner organizations

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Product Partnerships, Product Management, or a related field

- Proven track record of owning deals end-to-end, from sourcing to launch

- Experience structuring and closing partnerships that require product and engineering work

- Strong fluency with API-based integrations and comfort scoping technical work with engineers and PMs

- Ability to operate in ambiguity and make informed decisions

- Strong commercial instincts, including pricing, term structure, and risk allocation

Nice to haves:

- Background in Product Management

- Experience negotiating data, API, or model-access governance terms

- Prior exposure to ERP or accounting ecosystems

- Experience as a design-partner manager for early-stage products
