## Description

The Hybrid Healthcare Representative will promote and create demand among identified specialists for ethical products in assigned territories to achieve sales and market share objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Formulate strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives

- Spearhead planning and implementation of CME activities such as RTDs, webinars, symposia, and product presentations

- Develop and maintain relationships with target specialists, speakers, and key opinion leaders

- Develop and update the Territory Master Work Plan

- Develop territory-based programs to improve understanding of assigned products

- Monitor sales, product movements, and competitor activities

- Prepare and submit operational and administrative reports

- Perform other official duties and responsibilities as assigned

- Adhere to company values and policies at all times

Qualifications:

- College graduate of a 4 or 5-year course

- At least 2 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Healthcare Representative or Senior Representative

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Valid Medical Representative PRC registration

- Valid driver's license

- Residence in or willingness to be assigned in Batangas
