## Description

We are seeking an Executive Talent Generator One Morelos-Guerrero to join our team at HSBC Mexico.

As an Account Executive ONE, your primary function will be to provide comprehensive financial advice that offers suitable solutions for managing each client's wealth, with the goal of establishing long-term relationships and consolidating high-value client portfolios.

You will be responsible for:

- Providing excellent service and working in synergy with different segments and branch members to offer clients tailored solutions

- Detecting and profiling high-value clients and working with various segments to meet their needs comprehensively

- Attending to, linking, and attracting ONE and Payroll clients

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (Administration, Finance, Economics, or related) or partially completed undergraduate studies

- Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience

- Experience in client management and financial product sales (ideally 1-3 years, adjustable by seniority)

- Knowledge of administrative/operational tools, local regulations, and good customer protection practices

- Basic English skills (desirable)
