Electronic Arts creates entertainment, inspiring players and fans worldwide. As a Senior QA Specialist - FC, you will work with the FC QV team, reporting to the QA Development Manager, to guide quality practices across QV.

**Responsibilities**

- Lead quality process for assigned features and create test plans to ensure end-to-end coverage

- Help evolve the team's tools and processes with a focus on expanding capabilities and responsibilities

- Promote a "player-oriented" approach by providing qualitative feedback during game testing

- Report high impact bugs and provide relevant feedback to improve game quality

- Use data analysis to inform test prioritization, tool engagement and QA coverage strategies

- Build working relationships with members of the development, production and design teams

- Foster a collaborative team environment through mentorship and guidance

**Requirements**

- 2+ years of applicable work experience

- Experience making qualitative and data-driven decisions within a QA environment

- Understanding of quality assurance processes, workflows, defect and task tracking software

- Game domain knowledge of football and gaming, with a player first mentality

- Experience working in an embedded, integrated product team
