## Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst - Assistant Vice President to support the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects at Barclays. You will be responsible for identifying business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify and analyse business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation

- Develop business requirements to address business problems and opportunities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations

- Support the creation of business cases and feasibility studies

- Conduct project progress reporting to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget

- Create operational design and process design to ensure proposed solutions are delivered within the agreed scope

- Support change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix

**Assistant Vice President Expectations:**

- Advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness

- Lead a team performing complex tasks, using well-developed professional knowledge and skills

- Set objectives and coach employees in pursuit of those objectives

- Collaborate closely with other functions/business divisions

**Requirements:**

- Experience with requirements elicitation and analysis, user story creation, BRD/FRD preparation, process mapping, gap analysis, impact assessment, data analysis and reporting, UAT coordination, client onboarding, KYC/AML, broking and trading, wealth management, portfolio management services, capital markets, private banking, client lifecycle management

- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis, API and system integration concepts, understanding of application development lifecycle (SDLC), agile and scrum methodologies, JIRA and Confluence, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Knowledge of private banking or wealth management platforms, client onboarding systems and digital onboarding journeys, broking and trading platforms, SEBI and RBI regulatory initiatives, investment products and portfolio reporting, end-to-end project delivery in agile environments
