## Description

At Wasatch Property Management, you will be a Community Manager, a dynamic and skilled leader responsible for achieving financial and operational goals at a property.

**Job Overview** As a Community Manager, you will be fully accountable for all aspects of your property's operations. Your role involves:

- Driving financial performance and adapting to changing market conditions

- Ensuring resident satisfaction and retention

- Overseeing leasing administration and implementing effective strategies

- Spearheading maintenance initiatives

- Embodying the Wasatch brand and cultivating an engaged team

**Requirements**

- Minimum 1 year of experience in affordable housing property management, with experience in HUD compliance, Section 42, HOTMA standards, or a combination of relevant experience

- Minimum 3 years progressively responsible for housing management or related experience

- Skill in planning, delegating, and coordinating the work of others

- Analytical problem solver with knowledge of risk management and landlord, tenant, and rental housing laws

- Ability to lead staff, build a team atmosphere, and provide superior customer service

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Benefits and Pay Range** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - 25.00 hourly USD, depending on experience, plus monthly bonus potential. Benefits include:
