We're seeking a Sr. Product Director to join our team, improving and integrating new product and revenue opportunities with merchant partners, driving cross-functional execution within Shopping.

**Role Description:** In this role, you will own all aspects of the team, technology, and tooling that onboards and activates merchant relationships across Shopping's suite of product experiences:

- Work directly with engineering to design and build optimized consumer incentive and reward experiences

- Manage day-to-day operations and engineering execution of directly owned and supporting teams

- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, making data-backed judgments from ideation to launch

- Own business cases, prioritization, and monitoring for product experiences, using SQL, Excel, and financial modeling

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or Computer Science or Engineering

- At least 5 years of experience in a high-growth startup technology environment

- Experience working with SQL, business analysis, and software engineering departments

- Demonstrated application of AI to build digital products

**Salary Information:** McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 New York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700 Remote: $245,100 - $279,800
