## Description

We are seeking a Senior Environmental and Sustainability Coordinator to join our Energy and Environmental Management Group in Malmö, Helsingborg, or Kalmar.

As a senior environmental and sustainability coordinator, you will assist our clients in formulating, implementing, and following up on environmental and sustainability requirements in construction and urban development projects.

Responsibilities:

- Independently lead and quality-assure qualified assignments

- Act as a senior advisor to clients and project organizations

- Be responsible for customer dialogue, scope, budget, and delivery

- Contribute to bids, customer development, and new business

- Support and mentor less experienced colleagues

- Develop the group's working methods, offerings, and specialist expertise

Requirements:

- Relevant university education or equivalent competence

- At least five years of relevant experience in qualified environmental and sustainability work within the construction, real estate, or community development sector

- Experience in environmental and sustainability coordination in construction projects

- Knowledge of environmental certification systems such as Miljöbyggnad, BREEAM, LEED, or Svanen

- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
