## Description

As a Recruiter at TaskUs, you will be responsible for delivering all facets of the recruiting process throughout the organization. Your goal will be to hire the best possible talent through traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

Responsibilities:

- Performing day-to-day recruitment functions and duties

- Job Analysis

- Sourcing & Profiling

- Screening and Selection

- Documentation & Reporting

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of working experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition

- Bachelor’s/College Degree in HR management, Business Studies/Administration Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent

- Good computer skills, including familiarity with both Microsoft and Google applications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Exceptional organizational skills in database management and record keeping

- Excellent interpersonal skills
