The Senior Manager, FP&A will help drive the financial performance of Signify Health by partnering with business leaders to support strategic and operational decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes for a large business unit

- Analyze monthly financial results and explain variances against forecasts and budgets

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making

- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to improve business performance

- Support long-term financial planning and resource allocation

- Develop and present financial analyses and executive-level presentations

- Monitor key performance metrics and identify risks and opportunities

- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial operations

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives

**Required Qualifications**

- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting, or business planning

- Strong experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling

- Advanced financial modeling skills

- Experience creating presentations for executive audiences

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and complex environment

**Preferred Qualifications**

- 5+ years of healthcare finance experience

- Experience managing P&L responsibilities, budgets, and forecasts

- Experience identifying financial risks and opportunities

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reporting, trends, and projections

- Knowledge of Anaplan or other financial planning systems

- Experience providing ad hoc analysis and recommendations to senior leadership

- Proven track record of process improvement and leveraging technology to drive efficiency

- Strong attention to detail

**Pay Range**

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
