## Description

Prudential is seeking a highly skilled FFP+ Solutions & Delivery Lead to join their Global Actuarial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of actuarial solutions, including models, analytics, and automation.

**Role Overview** The FFP+ Solutions & Delivery Lead will be accountable for a large and complex portfolio, with a budget of over $25m annually and a team of 100+ FTE. The role requires a deep understanding of actuarial domain knowledge, as well as practical experience in designing and delivering models, analytics, and automation solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for actuarial solution design and delivery, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

- Provide actuarial business leadership, representing the Group Chief Actuary and Business Unit Chief Actuaries across 17 markets.

- Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of global actuarial solutions, such as Common Actuarial Models (CAM).

- Lead implementation of key initiatives for actuarial across different domains, including Modelling, Reporting & Analytics, Reinsurance, and Automation.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Group FLT, CFOs, CAs, Group Technology, and senior stakeholders.

- Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team with various actuarial and related change and technology specialists.

**Qualifications**

- Qualified Actuary.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Actuarial, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing change or transformation execution.

- Strong knowledge of actuarial solutions, processes, modelling, and analytics.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
