## Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Emerging Talent Programme in Service Sales at Rolls-Royce. As part of this programme, you will gain valuable exposure to service sales across our diverse portfolio, engage in regional projects, and develop a solid understanding of sales fulfilment.

**Duration:** August to December 2026 **Allowance:** SGD 650 – SGD 2,000 (dependent on level of education) **Location:** Tukang, Singapore

**Responsibilities:**

- Support business data analysis and prepare content for sales presentations and solution development

- Attend regular team meetings and contribute to meeting governance

- Manage specific customer accounts, including first-time handling, reviewing engineering specifications, and coordinating with internal technical teams

- Assist in the end-to-end order management process, including service job handovers, verifying service reports, and preparing quotations

- Support evaluation of service opportunities by analysing customer needs and conducting life cycle costing based on installed engine base

**Requirements:**

- University students with a Business, Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) degree

- Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels with a positive working attitude

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Knowledge of SAP (Sales & Distribution Module), Shipping and Incoterms, good customer service skills, and supply chain on parts distribution will be an advantage

- A self-starter who takes initiative and appreciates teamwork

- Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail

- Must be able to work in Tukang (Jurong) office
