## Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for obtaining and growing customer accounts for assigned Named accounts and targeted OEM vertical, region or geographic area accounts.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with Service Business Managers and field sales teams to drive attainment of assigned team quota, primarily for maintenance renewals

- Develop proactive and reactive renewal quotes for all expiring contracts using detailed systems and process knowledge

- Make direct contact with customers, partners, and distributors as needed to ensure timely receipt of renewal purchase orders

- Assist with sales/SBM-led deals by providing quote and process support

- Provide all MIS reports for MS renewals to SBM

- Manage sales achievement forecast in Salesforce.com

- Interact with various related teams to ensure positive customer experience

- Attend regular status-update field sales team meetings to ensure service business information is received or disseminated on a timely basis

- Perform all database management and data analysis required to prepare accurate quotes and maintain data integrity

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 2-4 years of service business experience for a network or technology company

- 3+ years Sales or Customer Service experience providing service business support as part of a sales team for an IP Network company preferred

- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to organize and work on multiple projects

- Demonstrated financial, operational, analytical, and decision-making skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong data entry and Excel skills
