## Description

We are seeking a Sr. Specialist, Connected Transaction Management to join our team.

**About the Role** As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for establishing, improving, and maintaining our anti-money laundering (AML) risk management framework.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement effective AML risk management measures, including monitoring rules and system deployment.

- Collaborate with business departments to enhance coordination mechanisms and promote a culture of AML awareness.

- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of suspicious transactions and regulatory compliance.

- Provide training and support to employees on AML policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or above.

- At least 7 years of experience in the insurance or banking industry, with at least 3 years of experience in AML-related work.

- Excellent communication and management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Fluency in English and Chinese.
