## Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in acquiring new corporate clients for Employee Salary Accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to present a competitive Employee Salary Account Proposition to Key Decision Makers (KDMs) of corporates, helping the bank gain entry and onboard quality corporates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Network and build strong relationships with Key Influencers in all corporates empaneled and targeted for empanelment

- Collaborate with Corporate Banking and Global Banking Relationship Managers to leverage internal opportunities

- Grow the market share of existing empaneled corporates by engaging with key influencers

- Implement marketing events and promotions to generate business in catchments, in conjunction with support departments

- Ensure the quality of corporates acquired as per required guidelines

Requirements:

- Highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and influencing skills

- Excellent relationship building and senior stakeholder management skills

- Strong planning, analytical, decision-making, lateral thinking, and project management skills

Desired:

- Natural flair to meet people and participate in events for startup founders or KDMs of important corporates

- Ability to fix appointments through social media with startup founders, incubators, influencers for enhancement of engagement and relationship onboarding

- Understanding of customer needs and providing feedback to internal Product and Marketing teams for change/modification of the proposition and alignment to market needs

Education Qualifications/Certifications and Requirements:

- Graduate

- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in corporate acquisition and Business Development
