## Description

Priory Support Living North Yorkshire is seeking a female Outreach Support Worker to join their team in Selby. This bank role offers flexible hours, with the possibility of 15 hours plus a sleep-in for the right candidate.

The service provides person-centred support to individuals with diverse needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health requirements. The goal is to enable people to live fulfilling lives in their own homes within their communities.

### Key Responsibilities
