## Description

Join HP's Pagewide business, a rapidly growing segment in the industrial print market, as a Field Service Technical Engineer. You'll be based in Elk Grove, Illinois, and play a crucial role in supporting customers, providing installation information, addressing challenges, and delivering software services.

Responsibilities:

- Enhance customer experience through comprehensive installation activities and site-specific information

- Address customer relation challenges promptly and effectively

- Offer software services for pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery support

- Deliver tailored solutions to large enterprise and complex accounts

- Utilize proactive monitoring techniques and tools to prevent problems

- Provide site support for break-fix activities and lead onsite escalation support

- Apply extensive knowledge to resolve complex issues and recommend improvements

- Coordinate departmental work, mentor the team, and serve as an escalation point

- Identify opportunities for improvement and assure effective business controls

- Foster positive working relationships with associates and management

- Travel 25% of the time, which may include out-of-state travel

Education & Experience:

- High School Diploma/GED/Higher Secondary education or equivalent

- Typically 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably with HP products
