## Description

We are seeking an experienced department head to lead our project office at Vattenfall Vattenkraft.

As the head of our project office (PMO), you will play a key role in developing and strengthening our project management.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and developing the project office and its employees

- Ensuring effective working methods by developing and managing common processes, standards, and system support for project activities

- Prioritizing and coordinating activities based on strategic goals, business needs, and available resources

- Developing project management, portfolio management, and resource planning

- Collaborating closely with the unit's pre-study and project divisions, hydroelectric power plant asset management, stakeholders from Vattenfall's Generation business area, and other organizations and partners within the Vattenfall Group.

You will be a confident and engaging leader with the ability to create a work environment where people feel comfortable, develop, and achieve common goals.

Requirements:

- Experience in project activities and project management

- Leadership positions with personnel responsibility

- Management group work

- Process development and change management

- Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

- Good knowledge of Swedish and English

- B driver's license and the ability to travel for work.

Experience in hydroelectric power, the energy sector, and large-scale project activities can be advantageous.
