## Description

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) / Intelligence Systems (IS) is looking for a motivated and self-starting Audiovisual Technician / Installer (Associate, Experienced or Senior) to join our team based in Herndon, VA.

The successful candidate will survey, plan, design, configure, and test multi-classification AV solutions tailored for government customers. They will create custom audiovisual system designs, including DSP layouts and system configurations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Participating in customer stakeholder meetings to gather, document, and validate system requirements

- Researching, evaluating, and recommending technology solutions to address customer needs

- Preparing detailed system engineering documentation such as signal flow diagrams, line diagrams, bills of materials, rack elevations, and cable plant layouts

- Supporting and leading onsite AV system installations and configuration phases

- Collaborating closely with customer facility teams, subcontractors, and vendors during installation as needed

- Assisting in developing end-user training materials, as well as operations and maintenance plans

- Conducting thorough in-house testing and performing on-site system commissioning at client locations

The ideal candidate will have an active Top Secret/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with an active Counterintelligence Polygraph, as well as experience in setup/install and support of large-scale audiovisual systems, coordinating or leading schedule-driven tasks, and directly interfacing with customers.

Salary ranges are as follows:

- Associate (Level 2): $98,600.00 - $133,400.00

- Experienced (Level 3): $119,850.00 - $162,850.00

- Experienced (Level 4): $146,200.00 - $197,800.00
