## Description

Priory Hospital Dewsbury is seeking a Deputy Ward Manager to join the team on the Jubilee Ward. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, offering a salary of £47,395 per year.

As Deputy Ward Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the effective leadership and day-to-day management of the ward. You will work alongside the Ward Manager and multidisciplinary team to drive high standards of clinical care, promote a positive patient experience, and support the development of a motivated and skilled workforce.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the Ward Manager in the leadership and management of the ward

- Promoting high standards of clinical care and positive patient experiences

- Developing and supporting a motivated and skilled workforce

Requirements:

- Active Registration with the Nursing Midwifery Council, meeting the requirements of Revalidation (RMN qualified)

- Trained Assessor/Supervisor

- Clinical Supervision experience essential, training desirable

- Evidence of Continued Professional Development and intent to maintain and develop Continued professional development and leadership

- Good computer skills
