## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations at Swindon Orbital Retail Park. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, working behind the scenes to ensure our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for our customers to shop.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating mechanical equipment relevant to the job role

- Managing stock and deliveries

- Maintaining the flow of products with urgency and accuracy

- Working across the wider store where needed

- Using digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Being a team player and supporting colleagues across the store

As a Customer Assistant in Operations, you'll need to be flexible, digitally confident, and a team player. You'll work varied shifts, including early mornings and late evenings, and be able to adapt quickly to keep things moving.

In return, you'll receive a competitive hourly rate, plus a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
