## Description

GitLab is seeking a Stock Administrator to help run its global equity programs, including stock options, restricted stock units, performance stock units, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

The successful candidate will report into a team that works closely with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, and People Operations. They will have broad ownership across daily operations, reconciliations, reporting, and team member support.

Key responsibilities include:

- Monitoring daily data integrations between Workday, E\*TRADE, and Equity Edge Online, and validating records for accuracy and completeness.

- Resolving integration and data issues by working with internal partners and external vendors in a timely, well-documented way.

- Maintaining accurate equity records in Equity Edge Online.

- Completing all required reconciliations for each reporting period.

- Supporting restricted stock unit releases through data analysis and validation.

- Preparing recurring and ad hoc equity reports for various departments.

- Responding to stock-related HelpLab cases as the first point of contact.

- Performing SOX key report completeness checks and maintaining documentation.

- Driving process improvements to make stock plan operations more efficient.

The ideal candidate will have experience in equity compensation administration, public accounting, or SOX and internal audit work, as well as familiarity with E\*TRADE and Equity Edge Online.
