## Job Responsibilities

- Design and lead testing strategies and plans for complex software systems, covering functional, performance, and stress testing.

- Mentor and train junior QA engineers, providing technical guidance and best practice sharing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high product quality at all stages.

- Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and drive continuous optimization of testing processes and tools.

- Monitor and research emerging trends and technologies in software quality assurance.

## Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a preference for candidates with complex system testing and leadership experience.

- Deep understanding of QA methodologies, testing tools, and systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently identify and resolve complex issues.

- Excellent bilingual communication and leadership skills.

- Prior experience in automated testing is a plus
