## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Workforce Data Analyst to deliver data-driven insights that inform talent strategies, workforce planning, and organizational decision-making.

The successful candidate will partner with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into actionable analytics, identify workforce trends, and develop scalable reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Syneos HR data, workforce metrics, systems, and reporting structures

- Conducting advanced workforce analysis across the employee lifecycle

- Developing workforce forecasts and scenario-based analyses to support hiring strategies and business decision-making

- Building, enhancing, automating, and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports using Power BI, Workday, Excel, and other reporting tools

- Presenting actionable insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders through effective data storytelling and visualization techniques

The ideal candidate will have:

- 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce analytics, people analytics, workforce planning, or related reporting and analytical roles

- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis

- Strong understanding of workforce analytics, workforce planning, talent acquisition metrics, and talent management reporting

- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
