## Description

Gong harnesses the power of AI to transform how revenue teams win. The Gong Revenue AI Operating System unifies data, insights, and workflows into a single, trusted system that observes, guides, and acts alongside the world’s most successful revenue teams.

As an AI Enterprise Architect at Gong, you will partner with Account Executives and pre-sales Solutions Engineers on Gong's highest-value and most technically complex enterprise opportunities. You will serve as a trusted technical and business advisor to CIOs, CTOs, Chief AI Officers, AI councils, enterprise architects, data leaders, security leaders, and revenue executives.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers on strategic enterprise opportunities involving AI architecture, governance, integrations, and complex technical requirements.

- Leading executive-level discovery, AI strategy discussions, architecture assessments, and technical design workshops with key stakeholders.

- Understanding customers' AI ambitions, business objectives, technology stack, data environment, security requirements, governance models, integration landscape, and revenue workflows.

- Architecting how Gong can be used within and alongside a customer's AI ecosystem.

- Advising customers on practical AI use cases that improve revenue-team productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

- Showing thought leadership on AI architectures and guiding customers on best practices for using Gong data and capabilities in AI-enabled applications.

- Assessing customer requirements around data governance, data residency, identity and access management, and enterprise AI risk.

- Developing financially rigorous AI value hypotheses and technical validation plans.

- Positioning Gong credibly within customers' existing AI ecosystems.

- Creating and presenting customer-specific AI reference architectures, integration patterns, technical roadmaps, and implementation recommendations.

- Acting as the senior technical voice in complex pursuits.

- Translating complex AI concepts into clear business value for executive and technical audiences.

- Partnering with Product, Engineering, and other teams to ensure customer requirements are represented and solution designs are feasible.

- Developing reusable field assets and enabling Solutions Engineers and account teams on AI positioning and enterprise AI conversations.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, sales engineering, consulting, AI strategy, or a comparable customer-facing technical leadership role.

- Experience working with large, complex enterprises and engaging CIOs, CTOs, Chief AI Officers, and other executive stakeholders.

- Demonstrated expertise in generative AI, large language models, AI agents, MCP, APIs, integrations, and enterprise software architecture.

- Practical familiarity with leading AI platforms and ecosystems.

- Experience discussing AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, and security.

- Proven ability to lead architecture workshops and translate ambiguous business needs into clear, executable technical designs.

The annual OTE for this position is $174,000 - $250,000 USD.
