## Description

Job Title: FBS Director of Business Transformation (Insurance)

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Business Transformation to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our Farmer Business Services (FBS) team, you will be responsible for leading business transformation initiatives across the insurance industry.

About the Role:

- Acts as connector between business and IT

- Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with key project stakeholders

- Leading all stakeholders, including risk, compliance, HR, claims, operations, and other lines of business to promote value streams and break down silos to ensure the right business outcomes

- Structuring problem statement and proposed solution

- Performs impact analysis of application changes across various components, holding an end-to-end view of the system

- Leads users in building a business case including cost, benefit analysis, risk assessment

- Understands customers’ objectives, processes, and products in order to make educated recommendations and anticipates trends

- Communicates to project stakeholders how functional design may impact downstream data sources as well as change management efforts and challenges leaders across business units in their assumptions about processes and scope to secure desired outcome

- Oversees and leads business requirement gathering and analysis through business modeling and coordinates across business leaders to create executive presentations to secure steer, approval, and awareness

- Leads the strategic narrative of the initiative and scope throughout the lifetime of the project

- Identifies interconnectivity between projects and their inputs and manages the stakeholders to optimize outputs

- Performs quality review checks on project deliverables

- Leads the business requirements and the Strategy Execution Team (SET) best practices syndication across the organization

Requirements:

- Master’s degree preferred

- At least 7 years in a similar position within the insurance industry

- Experience in Insurance

- Extensive exposure to the Policy Systems, processes and procedures

- Experience in Claims (PLUS)

- Project Management Professional (PMP) (PLUS)

- SAFE/Agile Certification preferred (PLUS)

- Previous experience as a Senior Business Analyst / Leader in Insurance process (PLUS)
