## Description

You will be responsible for proactively implementing and enforcing all necessary data protection processes at local level. You will act as the first point of contact for data protection matters, advising management and employees on privacy-related issues and providing timely, business-oriented solutions in line with legal requirements.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the implementation of applicable data protection policies and procedures, working with OneTrust to ensure accurate and complete data entry within the system, analysing, drafting, and adapting Data Processing Agreements, as well as other contracts, clauses, and templates related to personal data protection.

You will also conduct or support data protection audits and privacy or data protection impact assessments, develop training materials, deliver trainings, and create internal guidelines, processes, and informational resources related to data protection.

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 3 years of practical work experience in the field of personal data protection within a multinational group, a university degree in Law, excellent communication skills in English, strong intercultural and interpersonal sensitivity, combined with analytical skills and a goal-oriented working approach.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, is required, and experience with the OneTrust platform is considered an advantage.
