## Description

The Customer Investment Management Analyst will ensure that Diageo is paying an appropriate amount for contractual obligations through reconciliation of invoices with contracts and evidence of having met obligations.

The role involves interacting with different teams within Diageo to research, validate and code invoices as per internal controls requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering CIM service offering for their customer cluster within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timings and thresholds

- Liaising with the customer/sales team on any Invoicing related issues

- Managing Contract and Invoice Operations processes for specific cluster assigned

- Providing support, execution, and adherence to processes to enable an efficient Contract and Invoice Operations process for Diageo customers

- Using external and internal metrics to reconcile, evaluate and control outbound payments and challenge where appropriate

- Performing volume analysis and calculating customer invoice amounts

- Ensuring 100% Compliance across all areas of Invoicing and audits

- Taking ownership and devising strategies on invoicing processes, nurturing relationships with partners

- Reporting on Cash on metrics

The ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent Business English

- German language knowledge (advantageous)

- Results-oriented, strong drive and urgency

- Ability to work to tight deadlines

- Awareness of controls and risk management

- Strong problem-identifying and problem-solving skills

- Ability to build and sustain excellent relationships with multiple stakeholders

- Strong SAP and minimum intermediate Excel skills

- Experience working within shared service centers environment

- Multi-tasking with precision to accuracy

- Experience in invoicing operations and Power BI experience (desirable)
