## Description

TripleTree, a leading healthcare investment bank, seeks an Investment Banking Analyst. The analyst will perform critical functions throughout the transaction process, including preparing clients for market, engaging with potential buyers, and facilitating due diligence.

**General Responsibilities**

- Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information

- Assist in preparing financial models and business valuations

- Conduct industry and company-specific business due diligence

- Create client marketing presentations, memoranda, and deliverables

- Attend client meetings

- Draft and collaborate on pitch presentations and associated materials

- Develop an understanding of underlying trends affecting the healthcare industry

- Coordinate, research, and create industry market research publications

**Basic Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree or military experience

- At least 1 year of investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or public accounting experience

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics

- FINRA Licenses - 63, 79, SIE

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on location. The role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and long-term incentives.
