## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café in Shoreham, where you'll provide excellent customer service and ensure the smooth operation of the café.

As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you'll be a brand ambassador, making great food and drink recommendations while maintaining impeccable food safety standards.

Your tasks will include:

- Taking and fulfilling orders efficiently

- Delivering five-star service under pressure

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly to changing situations

In this role, you'll need to be digitally confident, able to work efficiently, and effectively manage orders and queues.

The work pattern for this role is:

- Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00

- Saturday: 11:00 - 19:00

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
