## Description

Cisco Customer Experience (CX) is a team of technical experts focused on delivering a premier customer experience. As a Senior Consulting Engineer, you will lead the strategy, design, and optimization of Cisco's most sophisticated SD-Access, SD-WAN, and Routing & Switching engagements.

You will shape customer hardware and software roadmaps, integrate emerging AI and AIOps capabilities into delivery practices, mentor junior engineers, and build influence across the theatre and beyond.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end strategy, deployment, and optimization of multi-domain solutions across SD-Access, SD-WAN, and Routing & Switching for strategic customers.

- Review and approve designs and deliverables, including guidance to customer hardware/software roadmaps.

- Integrate AI, automation, and AIOps into delivery practices.

- Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues.

- Mentor junior Consulting Engineers and build leadership presence through industry events.

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- 9 years of overall experience.

- Experience architecting, deploying, and optimizing enterprise-scale Cisco networks.

- Expertise in Routing & Switching, software programmability, automation, and AIOps.

Preferred qualifications:

- CCIE certification (Enterprise Infrastructure or equivalent).

- Active CCNP certification with DevNet (DevOps) specialization.

- Specialized domain expertise.

- Track record of leading multi-million-dollar engagements.

- Strong executive communication and mentorship skills.
