## Description

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our IT division, focusing on the design, implementation, and support of post-trade systems for cash equities and derivative products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, secure, and scalable solutions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Design and implement systems, including business requirement analysis and resource management

- Collaborate with teams to develop new features

- Develop applications following standard technology stacks, ensuring adequate test case coverage

- Maintain detailed system documentation

- Troubleshoot issues reported from system integration tests and business UAT

- Ensure applications meet technical and compliance requirements

- Provide ongoing production support and BAU tasks

- Track and monitor development progress, resolving technical conflicts and issues

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in software development for large-scale and mission-critical systems

- Strong Java programming skills; knowledge of JavaScript and HTML5

- Experience with Linux, shell programming, databases, and SQL

- Practical experience in microservices, container, and REST API development

- Familiarity with DevOps life cycles, SDLC methodology, and CI/CD tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience in cloud technologies

- Application security knowledge

- Messaging systems experience

- Financial services system development experience

- Digital finance experience

- Knowledge of FIX/Swift messaging protocols
