As an Account Manager, you're the client's main point of contact, overseeing their day-to-day PBM operations. You'll act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery of client requests. Excellent communication skills are required to build long-lasting relationships with key business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the resolution status of routine to complex requests related to client business requirements

- Engage internal departments and client resources to resolve outstanding issues

- Drive practical and creative solutions to complex situations

- Work within deadlines and client guarantees to ensure timely resolution

- Demonstrate high-level client service through accuracy, responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism

Requirements:

- 4 years of experience in a client services-based environment or previous account management experience

- Excellent organizational skills

- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Ability to be on camera for meetings with reliable attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior healthcare experience managing insurance, healthcare, or benefit accounts

- Experience with Medicaid, Commercial, and/or Medicare Part D Plans

Education:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
