## Description

We are seeking a Head of Communications, US to lead communications for HSBC Bank USA, driving a strategic communications strategy that mobilises and engages the entire employee population.

The successful candidate will support the CEO of the US Bank and the wider Executive Committee in delivering the communications plan, overseeing leadership communications, employee communications, and culture change communications.

Key responsibilities include:

- Executing a cohesive employee communications and insight strategy for the US business

- Supporting integrated leadership communications and driving insight-based strategy and culture change communications programmes

- Developing narratives and positioning HSBC Bank USA as a crucial connector within HSBC's global network

- Engaging with functional and business peers to safeguard the reputation of HSBC in the US

- Overseeing a focused integrated communications strategy for HSBC in the US
