## Description

We are seeking a Lead Intelligence Product Manager to drive the execution for transforming how Capital One acquires, enriches, and acts on business sales lead data. The successful candidate will partner with Engineering to build and scale a unified, AI-powered Lead Intelligence data pipeline.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with Engineering to build and scale a unified, AI-powered Lead Intelligence data pipeline

- Collaborate with Data Science, Field Analytics, Field Sales, and Marketing to transition our go-to-market data engine from current state into a continuously refreshed, hyper-targeted lead queue

- Deliver high-intent, verified prospect context to Relationship Managers and downstream digital channels

Requirements:

- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

- OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

Salary:

- McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 per year

- New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 per year

- Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 per year
