## Description

We are looking for an experienced MSSQL Database Administrator to join our Private Cloud Application Optimisation team at KPN. As a MSSQL Databasebeheerder, you will play a crucial role in continuously improving and making our database services future-proof for internal and external customers.

Your responsibilities:

- Manage, optimize, and renew complex MSSQL database environments

- Contribute to technical innovation and development of the Database portfolio

- Actively contribute to and drive automation within the database service

- Serve as a point of contact for customers and stakeholders

- Provide advice on database solutions at various organizational levels

- Translate customer business objectives into concrete technical actions

- Collaborate with colleagues within the SQL domain and Tooling & Automation to continuously increase the automation level

- Take ownership, be visible, and represent the database service with conviction and expertise

Qualifications:

- HBO education or equivalent

- Extensive experience with setting up, configuring, and managing complex database environments

- Specialized and multi-year experience with MSSQL databases

- Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with automation

- Strong communication skills and proactive attitude

- Team player with a sense of ownership and responsibility

- Innovative, curious, and market-aware

- Proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required for this role

- Gross monthly salary of at least €4,658 and at most €6,814 depending on your work experience

- Fixed 13th month, part of which is paid monthly and part in January of the following year
