In this role, you drive continuous change and improvement in the IT Division by taking initiative and ensuring plans are set up, monitored, and implemented.

Responsibilities:

- Manage division-wide technology transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence.

- Coordinate the development or refinement of technology transformation roadmaps.

- Support Technology departments to translate strategic intent into execution plans across various departments in Technology, ensuring alignment between Technology stakeholders.

- Drive change management efforts to embed new ways of working.

- Establish and manage program governance structures, steering committees, and reporting frameworks.

- Facilitate required forums and activities within managed processes on a regular cadence.

- Facilitate Group reporting related to projects and other IT activities where required.

- Support team members with activities in non-IT Portfolio domains, such as IT audit and Group reporting, where necessary.

Working Experience:

- At least 3 years of working experience with portfolio management and/or managing mid-sized IT programs/projects through Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

- Excellent understanding of IT project and delivery concepts.

- Experience in facilitating governance, project review, steering, and other project/portfolio-related meetings.

- Experience in stakeholder management, especially senior management, is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, project management tools, or scripting is highly desirable.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or equivalent.

- Insurance, IT, and/or Project management certifications/qualifications are highly desirable.
