## Description

We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our team at Wolt. As a numbers-driven tax professional, you will assist with tax audits, contribute to various tax-related projects, and support certain tax reporting tasks. The exact mix of work will evolve over time as our needs change.

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to a wide range of tax-related projects in direct and indirect tax and transfer pricing

- Work with large volumes of tax data to find creative and efficient ways to gather, structure, and utilise it

- Assist in tax audits across our operating markets

- Support certain tax reporting tasks

- Explore opportunities to automate and streamline tax processes, including through AI

- Take on an evolving scope as the team and business grow

Requirements:

- A numbers-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills

- Genuine interest in data and a creative approach to sourcing and using it efficiently

- Interest in AI and automation is a strong plus

- Broad understanding of different tax areas; exposure to employment taxes is beneficial

- Comfortable working in a role with a wide, evolving scope, and happy to take ownership of shaping it

- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving international environment, strong relationship-building and customer service mindset, and a true growth mindset to consistently learn and develop skills
