## Description

We are seeking a Business Strategy & Transformation Partner to work with business domain leaders within Diageo North America (NAM) to understand strategic objectives, opportunities, competitive positioning, and cost/growth targets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with business domain leaders to understand strategic objectives and opportunities

- Managing the overall Transformation agenda for NAM, ensuring initiatives are connected across functions and are progressing to planned timeline and outcomes

- Evaluating and effecting Diageo's Global Business Services (GBS) participation in the NAM transformation agenda

- Facilitating structured discovery sessions to ensure NAM and GBS requirements are fully elaborated and captured throughout the solutions development lifecycle

- Translating business strategy and requirements into clear value propositions and initiative roadmaps

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

- Designing end-to-end GBS process, policy, and organization architectures that incorporate standardized, scalable constructs

- Leading the overall solution architecture, ensuring alignment between business architecture, technology architecture, and operational capabilities

- Supporting business case development, including cost structures and investment requirements

- Using data and analytics to drive transformation decisions, measure value realization, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership

- Recognizing and understanding emerging industry and technology trends to identify their potential impact and opportunity for GBS

Requirements include:

- BPMS (Business process management systems), Systems thinking, L6S certification

- Planning, design, and execution of large transformation programs, especially in Supply and Commercial areas of CPG businesses

- Change management and program execution

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with NAM Exec/SL's

- Experience with MS Office, Power BI, and exposure to AI models

- Minimum of 3 years of experience

- Hybrid work model, with 3 days in office and 2 remote
