## Description

Join The Bridles, a brand-new, state-of-the-art care home in Wincanton, as a Senior Care Assistant - Nights. You will lead from the front, running the unit overnight and making a genuine impact on residents' comfort, safety, and wellbeing.

**What you'll be doing:**

- Lead and coordinate the unit overnight

- Support clinical care alongside the Nurse (meds, observations, care plans)

- Mentor, train, and support new team members

- Support shift handovers and communicate effectively across teams

- Review and update care plans

- Build positive relationships with residents, families, GPs, and healthcare professionals

- Provide compassionate personal care and promote resident wellbeing

**What we're looking for:**

- Previous experience working in a Care Assistant role, ideally at Senior Care Assistant level

- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it with our support

- Confidence leading and motivating a small care team

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care
