- Lead, inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service with heart

- Manage cost control, stock processes, pricing strategy and profit drivers

- Maintain safety and compliance , including all PFS and forecourt requirements

- Deliver day‑to‑day people management with professionalism and care
