## Description

We are seeking a Project Manager: SHK to join our team at HLS Montagen GmbH (GeoSolar), a certified specialist company for the installation of heat pumps and earth heating systems.

As a Project Manager: SHK, you will be responsible for the independent management and coordination of small to medium-sized construction projects in the heating, sanitation, and ventilation sector, particularly in the installation of heat pumps in existing and new buildings.

Your tasks will include:

- Managing and coordinating multiple ongoing construction sites in terms of quality, deadlines, and cost-effectiveness

- Coordinating with installers, subcontractors, and involved trades to ensure smooth project execution

- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues early on

- Reviewing technical specifications and making necessary adjustments with customers, suppliers, and the execution team

- Controlling project costs, resources, quality, and adherence to deadlines

- Serving as the central point of contact for customers and construction teams during project implementation

- Collaborating closely with our internal sales team, who will support you with offer creation, material ordering, scheduling, documentation, and invoicing.

Requirements:

- Technical background, such as a completed engineering degree, master craftsman qualification, or technical training in the SHK sector

- Experience in project management or project coordination in building technology

- Good technical understanding and safe handling of technical planning documents and performance specifications

- Knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines, and safety regulations

- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working

- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers, partner companies, and internal teams

- Assertiveness and high-quality and responsibility awareness

- Driver's license class B
