## Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Contact Centre team at Eurostar. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers before, during, and after their journey via various channels such as email, phone, chat, and social media.

You will work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a team that strives to create a genuine preference for Eurostar by offering digital self-service solutions and expert human support.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing clear, personalized, and timely responses to customer inquiries

- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner

- Offering sales and after-sales support for tickets

- Working autonomously and making sound judgments to resolve complex customer situations

- Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve customer experience and service operations

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work in a multilingual environment (French, English, Dutch, and German)

- Proficiency in digital tools and artificial intelligence technologies

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is desirable
