As a Specialist Warehouse Management System and Intralogistics at our Freiburg site, you will be part of the local Digital & Automation Team, supporting the operation and continuous improvement of the warehouse management and material flow system.

**Responsibilities:**

- Support and analysis of system interfaces from automation to global ERP and MES systems

- Point of contact for global projects in the area of warehouse management systems

- Creation and updating of the roadmap for the warehouse management system at the Freiburg site

- Local administration of the warehouse management system to ensure its validated and GMP-compliant status

- Creation and maintenance of system documentation, such as SOPs, specifications, and change documentation

- Coordination of system upgrades

- Testing and validation of system updates

- Technical support of the warehouse management system and other automation systems in daily operations

- Maintaining system availability and escalation in case of downtime with local and global support teams

- Support for departments through ad-hoc data queries in daily operations

- Creation of data queries and analyses of historical and current data of the warehouse management system

- Creation of dashboards and reports for the intralogistics area on various platforms

- Combining technical requirements and business processes within system adaptations and improvements in close cooperation with departments

**Requirements:**

- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification

- Enthusiasm for technical issues and joy in working with computers

- Team spirit and communication skills

- Very good German and good English language skills

- Structured, careful, and independent working style

- Openness to new things and changes as well as joy in moving things forward

- Knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, and C# as well as SAP WM / SAP EWM or comparable software solutions from the logistics and warehouse management area is advantageous
