## Description

As a Customer Service Representative at 3M, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative people around the world and make an impact by leading customer satisfaction through proactive customer interactions.

Responsibilities include:

- Proactively responding to customer inquiries and resolving complex daily issues via phone, email, and chat

- Driving successful customer order management activities by processing orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery

- Coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams to track shipments and update customers on delivery status

- Building strong customer relationships by understanding their order patterns and finding creative solutions to complex issues

- Implementing change and process improvements by collaborating internally with teams and other internal areas

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's degree or higher

- Two years of experience engaging, servicing, or selling to customers in a private, public, or government environment

- Experience in ERP and CRM systems, such as SAP and Salesforce, is preferred

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

- Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and take the initiative to resolve issues before they become problems

The expected compensation range for this position is $74,644 - $91,231, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay.
