Morgan & Morgan is seeking Employment Attorneys to join our team. As an Employment Law Attorney, you will handle sophisticated matters, work alongside accomplished colleagues, and advocate for individuals facing some of the most consequential moments of their professional lives.

Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day handling of cases from pre-litigation to litigation

- Drafting and filing of litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions

- Guiding clients through the case process

- Interacting with expert witnesses

- Preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications:

- Law degree (J.D. / Juris Doctor) from a fully ABA-accredited law school

- Active member in good standing of the bar of the state in which based or to which applying

- Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus

- Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases

- Excellent client service and communication skills

- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

Salary Range: $85,000 - $500,000 USD
