## Description

We are seeking a Manager, Digital Growth - Performance to join our team at Red Bull New York. You will manage paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, and other digital channels, ensuring campaigns align with ticket sales, revenue, lead generation, and broader business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute paid media strategies across digital and traditional channels

- Lead media planning and budget allocation to maximise impact

- Manage Google performance strategy, including Search keyword analysis and campaign optimisation

- Analyse performance data to inform future campaigns and optimise ROI

- Partner with internal teams to develop reporting and attribution capabilities

- Continuously optimise campaigns and media plans to improve efficiency and scale

- Support fan acquisition and lead generation beyond paid media

- Project manage cross-functional marketing initiatives

- Collaborate with external media partners to translate business goals into effective campaigns

Requirements:

- Strong hands-on experience across Meta, Google, and other digital channels

- Ability to develop integrated media plans across digital, OOH, CTV, audio, and other channels

- Focus on incremental sales, revenue, ROAS, CAC, and overall business impact

- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, funnel strategy, retargeting, and geographic targeting

- Highly data-driven and comfortable interpreting performance across platforms

- Ability to translate business objectives into clear creative and media briefs
