## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic Shared Service Centre team.

This individual will play a key role in the execution of critical finance processes, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions while adhering to established procedures and controls.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Responsibilities**

- Oversee the general ledger, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and integrity of financial records in line with finance Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/ACA etc. is desirable)

- 5+ years of experience in a finance operations role, preferably within a shared service centre environment

- Strong understanding of key finance processes and systems

- Strong understanding of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
