## Description

Ramp is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition on multiple platforms, identify new channels, and develop a performance marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and experience with AI-powered marketing tools.

**Responsibilities:**

- Own performance on YouTube, ChatGPT, X, Rideshare, and Reddit

- Identify and evaluate new performance marketing channels

- Develop experiments and turn them into measurable programs

- Analyze full-funnel performance and make data-driven decisions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tracking, attribution, and reporting

- Build AI agents and workflows to optimize marketing execution

**Requirements:**

- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or a comparable role

- Strong analytical judgment and problem-solving skills

- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and workflows

- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
